I belong to the BACP, a UK-registered body of psychotherapists. My training background is the clinical use of psychodynamic theory. I use a combination of relational therapeutic techniques alongside practical tools often used in CBT or REBT. I have a particular interest in patients/clients with OCD presentations and like to work with people to uncover pathological issues, as well as applying interventions to combat ruminating thoughts or anxiety experienced from everyday living. As ever, I am infinitely interested in people and their stories, but continue to maintain effective safeguarding and ethical protocols in my practice. I am in weekly supervision, and continue to collaborate with colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams where necessary.
