I am a compassionate and dedicated psychology practitioner with academic training in Clinical Psychology and a strong interest in supporting individuals through emotional and mental health challenges. Through chat and video sessions, I aim to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel comfortable expressing their thoughts, emotions, and concerns openly. My approach is client-centered and rooted in empathy, active listening, and emotional support. I believe in helping individuals build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier coping mechanisms while feeling supported throughout their journey. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults through counselling interactions, NGO initiatives, school-based mental health activities, and rehabilitation settings. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of diverse emotional and psychological needs and enhanced my interpersonal and communication skills. As an early-career mental health professional, I am committed to continuous learning, ethical practice, and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.
