About

I work as a wellbeing counselor and psychology professional. In my role, I support people with their emotional wellbeing, especially when they are dealing with stress, burnout, or challenges at work or in their personal life. Most of my work includes one-to-one sessions where I listen to what someone is going through, help them understand their situation better, and work with them on practical ways to cope and feel more in control. I also follow up with people regularly to make sure they’re progressing and getting the support they need, and I refer them when they need more specialized care. I also run group sessions and workshops where we talk about topics like stress management, emotional wellbeing, communication, and resilience. I try to keep these sessions interactive and comfortable, so people feel safe to share and learn from each other rather than it feeling like a lecture. A big part of my experience is in workplace wellbeing. I’ve worked with employees in high-stress environments, especially content moderators, where the nature of the work can be emotionally heavy and lead to burnout. In these settings, I focus on helping people recognize early signs of stress and giving them tools to manage it in healthier ways. Overall, I try to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where people feel heard, understood, and able to take practical steps toward improving their mental and emotional wellbeing. I Use CPT
