Nishtha Rastogi

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a Master's degree in Psychology and hands-on experience conducting structured one-on-one therapy sessions with adult clients. My work has spanned anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation. I have experience with clinical assessment, case formulation, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, along with maintaining digital documentation and following ethical clinical protocols. I am comfortable conducting sessions via video and online platforms and am committed to consistent, confidential, client-centered care. I have also been recognized with a Young Psychologist Award for my contributions to the field.
