In my work, I aim to offer a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where clients do not need to have things figured out. I work with self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, identity and relationship difficulties, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected. I also have a particular interest in integration after intense or transformative experiences. My training is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I am currently further training in Schema Therapy. I integrate these flexibly: CBT helps with present thoughts and behaviours, while Schema Therapy explores deeper emotional patterns and core beliefs. I adapt both to clients' individual needs rather than applying them rigidly.
