I am a postgraduate in Psychology with a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling. I hold specialized training in the psychology of anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, and addictive behaviours, along with an online certification authorized by the American Psychological Association (APA). I had also completed formal training in the prevention and management of mental health problems, strengthening foundation in evidence-based psychological care. With over three years of experience working across de-addiction and rehabilitation settings, as well as through my private counselling practice. My professional experience spans counselling for anxiety, mood-related concerns, and behavioural challenges, along with structured therapeutic support for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. This exposure to real-world rehabilitation environments has shaped strong belief in consistency, patience, and long-term engagement as essential elements of recovery.
