I'm a clinical psychologist with close to five years of experience across a range of settings, from hospital-based care to private practice and community work, which has given me a fairly well-rounded perspective on what people actually need when they reach out for support. Over the years, I've worked extensively with CBT, DBT, and ACT, and I find myself drawn to these approaches because they translate into real, measurable change for the client I work with.
