My work focuses on increasing self-confidence and the positive potential of the individual. Each human being is different and must be understood in their uniqueness. My psychotherapeutic approach is based on attentive listening and understanding the patient's experience. Insights and renewing ideas emerge from these experiences and life events. The emphasis is on the present and future, however past experiences can also be explored. Central topics: restoring self-esteem; self-awareness; self-worth; overcoming conflicts. I have worked in the NASF (Family Health Support Center), providing care in Health Units and homes.
