I am a psychologist (MSc in Psychology) and accredited Gestalt therapist (National Association of Gestalt Therapists of Ukraine), working with individuals, couples and groups. I support clients in processing grief, emotional challenges, and codependent patterns, as well as relationship difficulties, while building self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence. My approach focuses on helping clients face and process shame, guilt, and fear, so they can act more freely, set boundaries, and move toward self-acceptance, authenticity, and meaningful self-realization.
