Divjyot Kaur

I'm Divjyot — a Counselling Psychologist with an MA in Clinical Psychology from Amity University and UGC NET qualification in Psychology. My clinical training spans evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and third-wave cognitive approaches. I have hands-on experience working with diverse clinical presentations in inpatient and outpatient settings, where I administered standardised assessments and delivered structured psychological interventions. My work is grounded in both scientific rigour and cultural sensitivity — with a particular focus on making psychological frameworks accessible, relevant, and meaningful to the communities I serve.
