Arva

Arva is a Certified Psychological and Emotional Well-Being Practitioner with over a decade of experience in counselling and psychotherapy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate qualification in Counselling Psychology from the University of Mumbai, and a Master’s degree in Social Work (Mental Health). She is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, including the Gottman Method for Couple’s Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and follows an eclectic, client-centered approach. She is also a Meditation Practitioner and a certified Train-the-Trainer. Arva works with individuals across the lifespan, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, ADHD, and workplace stress. Her experience spans schools, hospitals, corporate settings, and cancer care, including long-term volunteering with CPAA. In addition to her clinical work, she brings experience in Human Resources and content development, enabling her to design impactful workshops, support groups, and mental health programs with practical relevance
