I offer a warm, trauma-informed and client-centred space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect, creating a supportive environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I am an EMDR therapist and a qualified Art Psychotherapist, accredited by the HCPC. I integrate these approaches with mindfulness-based practices, drawing on my experience with yoga and meditation to support grounding, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-awareness. This allows me to work flexibly—whether through talking, creative expression, or body-based awareness—depending on what feels most helpful for you. I work with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—whether that’s due to anxiety, grief, trauma, identity questions, or life transitions. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear starting point; therapy is a space where we can gently explore what’s going on for you together. My practice is inclusive, culturally sensitive, and affirming of diverse identities. I have particular experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, bereavement, burnout, and questions around identity and belonging, including those who are neurodivergent or part of the LGBTQ+ community. I draw on an integrative and creative approach, including person-centred and expressive methods, allowing the work to be shaped around you and your needs. Together, we can build understanding, develop self-awareness, and move towards a greater sense of connection, resilience, and ease in your life. I offer both in-person sessions and online therapy, providing flexibility and accessibility. My aim is to create a calm, confidential space where you can explore your inner world safely and begin to make meaningful, lasting changes.
