I’m a Trauma & Grief Therapist, my work is centered around supporting individuals through the often difficult and layered process of healing from adverse life experiences. I focus primarily around helping people rebuild their sense of self-worth and reconnect with their value as human beings. Guided by the belief that connection lies at the heart of trauma healing, I offer a therapeutic space that blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), Arts-Based Therapy, Somatic Work, Mindfulness, and Play. These approaches allow for creative, embodied, and meaningful ways to engage with pain, especially when words are not enough. Much of my experience has been with individuals navigating grief and loss, whether through the death of a loved one, or the ongoing emotional weight of living with chronic illness. Each story is met with care and respect for its unique depth and nuance. In addition to individual work, I’ve spent several years engaging with children at risk and young adults in under-resourced communities, including those in institutional care. This has given me a deep understanding of the child care system, its legal frameworks, and the key stakeholders who shape it. My training in Psychological First Aid supports my work in moments of crisis, where offering grounded and immediate psychosocial care can make all the difference. With a Master’s degree in Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia University, my practice is shaped by empathy, creativity, and the unwavering belief that healing is possible especially when people are truly seen, heard, and held.
