I am a Dedicated Mental Health Professional with over seven years of academic and practical experience in psychology. I hold an M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology and a B.Sc. in Psychology (Honours) , providing a robust foundation for my clinical work. Throughout six intensive internships, I have accumulated over 300 + hours of direct clinical experience facilitating both one-on-one and group sessions. My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) , Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) , and Narrative Therapy This diverse toolkit allows me to tailor interventions to the unique lived experiences of each client.
