In my role as a Counselling Psychologist, I provide comprehensive psychological assessment, intervention, and ongoing therapeutic support to individuals across diverse age groups and settings. My work involves conducting intake assessments, developing case formulations, and designing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. I deliver therapy for a range of concerns including anxiety, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma-related issues, and performance-related challenges. I adopt a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and client-centred approach, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that promotes trust, self-awareness, and long-term behavioural change. My role also includes implementing mindfulness-based strategies, resilience-building techniques, and emotional intelligence interventions to support both clinical and sub-clinical populations. I integrate creative and expressive methods, such as art- and play-based techniques, particularly when working with clients who benefit from non-verbal forms of expression. In addition to individual therapy, I design and facilitate group sessions and structured wellbeing programmes focused on stress management, burnout prevention, and workplace wellbeing. I collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhere to ethical and professional standards, and ensure confidentiality in all aspects of care. I am also experienced in providing both in-person and remote counselling services, allowing flexibility and accessibility for clients. My focus remains on delivering outcome-oriented, ethical, and high-quality psychological care that supports overall mental health and wellbeing.
