A Counselling Psychologist with a trauma-informed lens, working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in rehabilitation, school, and clinical settings. I support clients navigating trauma, abuse, grief, anxiety, substance use, and emotional difficulties. I prefer to use an integrative approach rooted in Person-Centred Therapy, ACT, and IFS, always meeting people where they are.
