A dedicated and empathetic counselling psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology and specialized training in counselling, child psychopathology, and occupational psychology. Further strengthening this foundation, I hold an Advanced Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from a reputed university in North India. My academic background is complemented by a strong commitment to understanding human behavior and supporting individuals through evidence-based therapeutic practices. With over 4,500 hours of one-on-one counselling experience, I have worked extensively with clients from diverse age groups and backgrounds, addressing concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, interpersonal difficulties, and developmental challenges. My approach is client-centered, culturally sensitive, and focused on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for personal growth and healing. Professionally, I have gained valuable experience working within a university setting, supporting students in navigating academic, emotional, and career-related challenges. Additionally, my role as an assistant to a senior psychiatrist and clinical psychologist in a well-established hospital has provided me with exposure to multidisciplinary mental health care, strengthening my clinical insight and collaborative skills.
