As a fully qualified BACP registered psychotherapist, I use skills and techniques that have proven effective through scientific research, client feedback and personal experiences. At the core of my practice I use Person Centered Therapy (PCT), to provide a warm and accepting environment to promote a trusting and strong relationship. I am also trained in and use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to ensure that I am able to help my clients in a manner they are most comfortable with. Some clients benefit from exploring past relationships and understanding behavioral patterns, while others require a more solution-focused approach. Building a genuine strong therapeutic relationship is crucial to successful therapy and this connection is prioritised in my practice.
