Shrimoyee Das

I am a Counselling Psychologist with experience across Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), corporate mental health, women’s wellbeing, and digital health platforms. Over the past few years, I have worked with people navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship concerns, workplace pressure, family dynamics, trauma-related experiences, and major life changes. Much of my work has been with working professionals, where I support a high volume of clients while maintaining thoughtful, ethical, and structured care. Alongside therapy, I have also worked on mental health content, workshops, psychoeducation, and building psychology-led frameworks for maternity and women-focused health platforms. These experiences have made me increasingly interested not only in providing care, but also in how care is designed, communicated, and experienced by people. My approach is warm, practical, and culturally aware. I believe therapy should help people feel heard, but also help them understand themselves more clearly, build emotional agency, and feel more confident in navigating their lives. I am especially interested in workplace wellbeing, emotional resilience, women’s mental health, and creating mental health services that feel accessible, ethical, and genuinely helpful.
