My therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a non-judgmental, warm, and facilitative space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I adopt an integrative framework, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, REBT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, while tailoring interventions to each individual’s unique needs. I strongly believe in empowering clients by fostering insight, self-awareness, and resilience, enabling them to move toward meaningful personal growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Patkar College and a Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology (RCI) from Amity University, Mumbai, where I developed strong foundations in case formulation, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention through rigorous academic and supervised clinical training.
