I am a Counselling psychologist and trauma-informed Somatic Practitioner. I work with adults navigating trauma, attachment, neurodivergence, and identity, people who have often spent years feeling like too much, or not quite enough. What drives my work: I want every client to feel genuinely seen and understood, not managed, not analysed from a distance, but met fully in their own experience. I show up with presence, not just technique. My approach is integrative, grounded in somatic practices, attachment theory, and trauma-informed frameworks. I work with the body as much as the mind, because I've learned that healing doesn't happen just by talking about something. It happens when the nervous system finally feels safe enough to let go. What I bring is lived experience as neuroqueer.
