I am a Counselling psychologist and Somatic Practitioner. My approach is Trauma-informed, neurodivergent and queer-affirmative with a focus on complex trauma and relational patterns. I integrate somatic awareness and attachment-based frameworks to support clients in developing emotional regulation, safety, and deeper self-understanding. My journey with trauma and lived experiences of autism has deepened my ability to empathise, understand and connect with my clients. I try to create a safe space for my clients to support healing, self-discovery and growth.
