It is my personal advocacy to create and provide a safe space for those who are feeling lost, last, and least. I believe that every encounter is an opportunity to impart knowledge and skills that are beneficial for mental health. I aim to be a part, no matter how big or small, of my kapwa’s well-being. Areas of psychotherapy and counseling experience are in mood, anxiety, psychosis, stress, trauma and adjustment cases. I also provide counseling sessions for other personal and non-clinical concerns.
