My clinical work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), integrated with CBT and person-centered approaches, with a focus on neurodivergent populations (ADHD, autism spectrum) and emotional and developmental concerns. I apply a developmental lens to support clients in deepening self-awareness and enhancing psychological resilience, while facilitating value-based and meaningful behavioral change. I have experience working with multicultural and LGBTQ+ populations, and am trained in the administration and interpretation of commonly used psychological assessments
