I am a trained clinical psychologist in Belgium, and my Master’s-level education and experience have been recognized in Canada under the title of Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. Following my studies, I pursued continuing education to enrich my professional and personal development, including training in coaching approaches related to health and lifestyle change. My clinical experience has strengthened core counselling skills such as empathy, non-judgment, active listening, communication, and problem-solving. Drawing on motivational interviewing and a mind–body–spirit perspective, I support individuals navigating changes in eating behaviours and lifestyle, including clients exploring plant-based eating or incorporating plant-based living into their lifestyle.
