I have been qualified as a Person Centred Experiential counsellor since July 2024 with over 500 client hours. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. My therapeutic practice is deeply rooted in PCE principles and I strive to cultivate a relational space that is non-judgmental, empathic and emotionally safe. I work in a holistic way, incorporating creative outlets that may help my clients express issues they sometimes cannot find the words for. My fundamental belief in the agency and autonomy of my clients drives my practice, alongside my unwavering belief in their capacity to change and develop in ways that are constructive to their life.
