I am a Psychology postgraduate with an MSc in Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in School Counselling, with practical experience in clinical settings . I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have developed strong skills in psychological assessment, behavioral observation, and counselling support. My professional experience includes working as a Psychology Trainee at AFA’s Wellness and Learning Enhancement Centre, where I supported counselling sessions, assisted in behavioral analysis, and contributed to client wellbeing interventions under supervision. I also completed a Clinical Internship at a neuro-psychiatric rehabilitation center, where I gained exposure to a variety of mental health conditions, participated in patient support activities, and strengthened my clinical observation and communication skills. Alongside my training, I have been involved in research on psychological topics such as health behavior and emotional intimacy, which has strengthened my understanding of human behavior and mental health patterns. I am passionate about providing accessible mental health support and am particularly interested in online counselling and remote psychological services. I am skilled in active listening, empathy, and building rapport with clients, and I am comfortable using virtual platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet for online sessions. I am seeking opportunities as an Online Psychologist or Remote Counsellor where I can apply evidence-based approaches like CBT to support individuals in improving their emotional wellbeing.
