Carmelita Ruiz

Hello! My name is Carmelita Ruiz. I am a psychologist working as a clinical therapist. I am also a certified Biodecoding coach and owner of my own business, Reinventando Vidas, I am originally from Belize but have been living in Puebla, Mexico for the last 26 years. My native language is English and my second language is Spanish so I offer all my services online, both in Spanish and in English. I have been on the field as a therapist and coach for more than ten years so I have vast experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have a Master's in family therapy and I combine different and innovative startegies to help families navigate tough times and come out strengthened and therefore live happier lives. My mission is that of service to others! I reinforce this with my humanistic approch through the use of brief therapy since I believe users need not be in therapy for years and years, but rather, we ought to provide them with meaningful tools that they can use in their everyday lives and thus build their self-confidence and achieve their life goals.
