In a space of listening, support and empathy, we will work collaboratively creating strategies to face challenging situations, seeking to understand the discomfort, promoting self-knowledge and resilience. I am a clinical psychologist offering a supportive space for psychotherapy. I have had the opportunity to live in different countries, which has given me both personal and professional experience in migration processes, cultural adaptation, and living in diverse contexts. This background has enriched my clinical perspective, allowing me to work with an international outlook and a strong sensitivity to cultural differences. Throughout my career, I have worked in public hospitals, educational and therapeutic institutions, community organizations, companies, creative and therapeutic spaces, as well as in private practice. My approach is integrative and humanistic, grounded in my training in psychoanalysis and complemented by contemporary approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. I work from a perspective that places each person’s uniqueness and personal history at the center of the therapeutic process. My experience of living abroad, together with my work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, allows me to support processes of adaptation and life in international contexts in a close, respectful, and culturally sensitive way. Within a space of listening, emotional support, and empathy, my aim is to build a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Together, we can work towards understanding your distress, developing strategies to cope with challenges, and fostering self-awareness and resilience. It takes great courage to reach out for help. I look forward to hearing from you!
