I am a passionate clinical psychologist and family therapist. I would like to provide support to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing mental health difficulties. I believe in the potential for change, the freedom to choose the life one desires, both for individuals, couples, and families. My main approach is Bowenian family system therapy and emotionally focused therapy. I hope to become a companion for clients on their journey to discover the meaning of life. In my spare time, I often spend time writing, go swimming, and grab some coffee to savour the taste of life.
