I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a Master’s degree in Psychology, specialising in the treatment of anxiety disorders, including complex PTSD, and depression. I bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy, supporting individuals to understand and transform unhelpful thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviours that keep them stuck. My work is grounded in clinical expertise and enriched by a deep understanding of trauma, recovery, and the complexities of the human experience. I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, low mood, and the long-term impact of trauma, offering a safe, structured, and empowering therapeutic space for meaningful change. In addition to CBT, I integrate my training as an Iyengar yoga teacher, with a particular focus on pranayama and breathwork. This allows me to support clients not only at a cognitive level, but also in regulating the nervous system and easing somatic symptoms such as tension, fatigue, and overwhelm. By combining psychological and body-based approaches, I help clients reconnect with a sense of safety, balance, and resilience. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each individual. I am passionate about helping clients move beyond survival mode, rebuild confidence, and create lasting emotional wellbeing. I am an accredited member of the BABCP. I am also a certified level one Iyengar yoga teacher so my approaches are heavily influenced by mindfulness, movement and regulation of the nervous system.
