With over 30 years' experience of working in mental health and eating disorder services, I offer a professional and compassionate online therapeutic intervention. As a mental health nurse and Advanced EFT Practitioner I have an eclectic and mature approach to people in distress. I have particular experience working with people with disordered eating, allowing them to recover and lead a freer, richer life. However EFT is a brilliant intervention for people who have experienced emotional trauma, however this has now presented, so I can work with people experiencing anxiety or depression too.
