Psychologist registered with the HCPC and a member of the ACP-UK, I provide evidence-based, short-term individual and group psychological support. I specialise in anxiety, depression, sleep problems, chronic illness (including chronic pain, fatigue, and dizziness), trauma, and burnout. I am also a certified coach with a special interest in long term conditions and life transitions (such as bereavement and menopause), providing compassionate, person-centred support focused on sustainable behaviour change.
