Many people come to therapy carrying something they cannot quite name — persistent anxiety, a pattern of relationships that never seem to work out, a loss of confidence that crept in quietly, or a sense of being stuck at a crossroads without a clear way forward. If you have been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply disconnected from the version of yourself you want to be, therapy can be a meaningful place to start. I am Pratibha, a Counseling Psychologist with an MSc in Clinical Psychology. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, stress and burnout, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions that have left them feeling uncertain or lost. My clients are often self-aware individuals who recognise that something needs to change but have not yet found the clarity or direction to make that shift. My approach is empathetic and non-judgmental, but it is also purposeful. I believe that feeling heard is the foundation of good therapy, not the whole of it. Beyond creating a safe space, my focus is on helping clients develop genuine insight into their patterns, build practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that works for them. Most clients leave their first session with a sense of clarity and calm they were not expecting — not because the problem has been resolved, but because they can finally see it differently. That shift in perspective is often where the real work begins. If you are ready for an honest and grounded therapeutic experience, I would be glad to work with you.
