I’m a therapist with a Master’s in Psychology, practicing since 2024 with individuals and teens. I specialize in ADHD, child and adolescent mental health, ERP, and DBT, drawing on CBT, mindfulness, play therapy, and parent–child interaction approaches. My work is trauma-informed, strength-based, and tailored to each client’s needs, creating a safe, supportive space to build emotional regulation, confidence, and meaningful change.
