About

I help high-performing professionals (especially women) regulate stress, recover from burnout, and function sustainably under pressure. My work sits at the intersection of organisational psychology, nervous system regulation, and behavioural change. I support people who are capable, driven, and responsible — but are operating under prolonged stress, overload, or complex life circumstances that impact clarity, energy, and decision-making. Rather than treating people as “broken”, I work from a nervous-system and performance perspective: stress responses are predictable patterns under pressure. When these patterns are understood and regulated, people naturally regain focus, resilience, and the ability to make grounded choices — both professionally and personally. I bring a background in psychology (MSc Organisational Psychology, BSc Social Psychology & Neuroscience), combined with extensive experience in trauma-informed work, somatic approaches, and nervous-system regulation. This allows me to work at depth, while always translating insights into practical, applicable strategies that fit real-life demands. Alongside my psychological work, I have over 15 years of international experience in education, coaching, and programme design. I have developed and delivered workshops, courses, and group programmes across Europe, specialising in translating complex concepts into clear, actionable tools that support long-term change. My approach is structured but non-forcing, combining clarity with attunement. I work both 1:1 and in organisational contexts, supporting individuals and teams in: • Burnout prevention and recovery • Stress regulation and sustainable performance • Navigating high-pressure roles and environments • Recovery from complex or high-impact life situations and narcissistic family systems • Rebuilding clarity, boundaries, and decision-making capacity I am particularly experienced in working with women balancing high responsibility across work and personal life, including those navigating high-conflict dynamics, major transitions, or prolonged stress exposure.
