I’m Sreelakshmi TP a psychological counsellor with a focus on hypnotic counselling. I completed my education in psychology, which built a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, mental health, and therapeutic approaches. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional challenges using evidence-based techniques. I value empathy, active listening, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients. I also keep myself updated with current research to continuously improve my practice.
