Hang Nguyen

I am a clinical psychologist with six years of experience in mental health. I work with clients facing a range of psychological disorders, as well as challenges related to relationships and work-related stress. My approach is integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy to address both current difficulties and underlying emotional processes. I support clients in identifying unhelpful thought patterns, exploring past experiences, and developing healthier coping strategies. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. With empathy and professionalism, I aim to help individuals gain insight, foster self-awareness, and achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their well-being.
