I am a fully qualified and registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I work in line with their ethical codes of practice. Over the years, I’ve supported clients through grief, trauma, identity struggles, and complex relational challenges. Furthermore, I am undertaking specialist training in relationship and psychosexual therapy and work affirmatively with LGBTQI+ clients exploring identity, intimacy, desire, relational patterns and sexual wellbeing. My background includes extensive work within bereavement services, where I walked alongside individuals navigating profound loss and the disorientation that follows.
