I am a psychologist with diverse clinical experience working with both adult and child populations, including individuals with neurodevelopmental and psychological concerns. My work involves providing evidence-based psychological interventions, with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), tailored to individual needs across age groups. With adults, I have worked on concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal difficulties, focusing on structured assessment, case conceptualisation, and goal-oriented therapeutic interventions. I integrate clinical insights with a collaborative and client-centred approach to support meaningful behavioural and emotional change. With children and adolescents, particularly those with special needs, I have extensive experience in managing ADHD, specific learning disabilities, and developmental delays. My role has included conducting assessments, designing individualised intervention plans, and implementing behavioural strategies suited to school and home environments. I also work closely with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in intervention and long-term developmental progress. In addition, I have contributed to early identification and intervention planning, psychoeducation, and capacity-building initiatives such as teacher training and awareness programs.
