Having worked extensively within community mental health settings, I have developed a strong aptitude for engaging diverse populations and building trusting therapeutic alliances. My expertise spans cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) REBT, EFT, and narrative therapy, which I utilize to empower clients to move forward from their situations. I am committed to a reflective, scientist-practitioner model and am excited about the opportunity to bring my passion for culturally responsive care to the counselling psychologist role, ensuring that all clients feel heard, understood, and supported in their recovery.
