I am a Counselling Psychology postgraduate from Christ (Deemed-to-Be) University, Bangalore, with 200+ hours of clinical experience across school, private practice, and community mental health settings. I work within a CBT-integrated framework and have supported children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, attachment difficulties, and interpersonal challenges. I am particularly drawn to the intersection of mental health and everyday human experience whether in clinical rooms, schools, or workplaces. I bring curiosity, empathy, and a grounded approach to my work, and am committed to making psychological support accessible and meaningful.
