As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 4 years of clinical experience in conducting comprehensive psychological assessment and delivering evidenced based psychotherapy. I provide psychological assessments and psychotherapy for adults, children, and adolescents through both in-person and telehealth modalities. I work extensively with adults experiencing anxiety, stress related difficulties, depression, trauma, interpersonal, family, and marital difficulties, achieving meaningful improvements in their conditions. I also work with children, adolescent, and their families, conducting psychological assessment and therapy for a wide array of emotional, behavioral, and developmental disorders. I ensure that each child receives holistic care by guiding families with structured parenting strategies and collaborating closely with psychiatrists, paediatricians, educators and other therapists involved in their care. My therapeutic approach is integrative, evidence-based, and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, trauma informed care, and family systems approach. I place strong emphasis on building therapeutic alliances, maintaining ethical clinical standards, and providing culturally responsive care. I am committed to working in a team-oriented setting where the client’s best interests are always the priority.
