Ruken Esen

I am a psychologist experienced in working with trauma and vulnerable populations. I provide individual therapy using CBT and EMDR approaches, focusing on issues such as PTSD, anxiety, and emotional difficulties.  I have worked with both adults and children, offering trauma-informed support, psychoeducation, and group interventions. I also have experience in crisis settings, including supporting earthquake survivors and individuals exposed to violence.  I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and empathetic psychological support.
