Pulak Kaushik

I am a counselling psychologist with hands-on experience in individual therapy across children, adolescents, and adults. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, low self-esteem, behavioral difficulties, and psychosomatic issues, using evidence-based, eclectic approaches including CBT, DBT, and Person-Centred Therapy. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. I believe in understanding the person behind the concern, not just the presenting problem. I have worked in multidisciplinary clinical settings and have experience supporting both clients and their caregivers through the therapeutic process.
