Raluca Apostolescu

I am a clinical psychologist, currently in training in cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy (CBT) within the Association for Hypnotherapy and Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy. In my therapeutic work, I integrate cognitive-behavioural approaches alongside techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring the process to each individual’s needs. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, as well as a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Family and Child Psychotherapy from the University of Bucharest.
