I am an RCI ragisted licence therapist, I have done my specialisation in rehabilitation psychology. In my 9 years of experience I have worked with different organisations. My approach for therapy is mainly focuses on empty, genuine care, giving them the agency to take decisions on their own and helping clients to manage their emotions independently. I have also worked with nuro divergent individuals to help them navigate their emotional needs so they can get job in mainstream workforce. My main core value for therapy sessions are highly motivated by narrative therapy practice as I have done certificate for one year. I strongly believe that "people are not the problem, problem is the problem" with that approach I help my clients to develop objective poin of view for their lives challenges and help them to become Independent.
