As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy to adolescents and adults, supporting them in navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My work focuses on helping individuals better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns, especially those that may be contributing to distress or limiting their personal growth. I have experience working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, and emotional dysregulation.
