Tabitha Appleby

I am an Accredited Member of BACP and work as an integrative psychotherapist with a leaning towards Transactional Analysis. I am also an Accredited Member of BABCP and work as a CBT Therapist and really enjoy working with panic, OCD, SAD and depression. I am an EMDR Practitioner and work with PTSD and C-PTSD. I am also a BACP Couples Therapist and have worked with couples wanting to learn more about their attachment styles, communication and sometimes amicably ending their relationships. My whole practice has a leaning towards trauma and I work mainly with different types of trauma and the symptoms of this such as panic attacks. I have worked with neuro-diverse clients in particular for a number of years helping them make sense of their diagnosis and also finding methods to aid in some traits which can be challenging within the work or study places.
