Ruby Mathur

I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental therapeutic space, grounded in person-centred therapy and enriched by mindfulness-based approaches. My practice supports individuals in exploring personal challenges, developing self-awareness, and working towards meaningful change. I specialise in working with young adults navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions, as well as with women in midlife, including those experiencing perimenopause and menopause, who are seeking clarity, direction, and emotional wellbeing. I hold a postgraduate diploma in counselling psychology (SAC-recognised) and am a provisional clinical member of the Singapore Association of Counselling. I am currently completing an MSc in psychology at the University of Liverpool. With experience working across India, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and Abu Dhabi, I bring a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to my practice, welcoming clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.
