I am a qualified therapist with a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy and BACP registration. I support individuals facing emotional and mental health challenges through a compassionate, non-judgmental approach. My work combines professional training with lived experience, and I have additional experience supporting clients with PMDD, menopause, domestic abuse recovery, and complex relationship dynamics. I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings and build greater self-understanding and resilience through chat or video sessions.
